The admission process devised by Jay Ambe International School, a best gujarati medium school in Bharuch is simple and transparent. After the registration, priority is given to the comprehensive interaction with parents/authorized guardians along with the prospective student. This interaction gives us broad understanding of a child’s skills and his/her strengths-weaknesses. Students applying for grades I to X are required to take admission tests in English, Mathematics and EVS / GK for evaluating their academic competence and aptitude.
The parents/authorized guardians would simultaneously get a first-hand opportunity to know more about the school’s vision, mission, curriculum & educational approach, day boarding system, processes and JAIS community.
The
Admission Process to be followed after the submission of complete Registration Form & Registration Fee is as under:
1. Interaction of Admission Committee with the prospective students and parents/ authorized guardians.
2. A briefing session on the School’s philosophy, approach and systems adopted by JAIS
3. Admission / Evaluation of students
• Nursery, LKG & UKG students aregranted admission on ‘first come - first serve’ basis with reference to registration, appropriate age and readiness
• The Admission Test for Grades I to X students is evaluated by the Admission Committee. Admission test of English, Math and EVS/GK of any grade is based on the syllabus of a previous grade, to which an admission is sought (syllabus on website).

5. In order to secure a seat, parents/authorized guardians are required to pay the Admission Fees within 3 days from the date that the offer of admission is made. Failure to do so may result in the seat being offered to the next student in merit list.
